Since 1985

Royce Laundry, a laundry factory of 30,000+ sq. ft., has been providing laundering services for 40 years, with a daily astonishing washing capacity of 35 tonnes. In light of continuous improvement, apart from the barcode management system which first came into service in 2000, radio frequency identification (RFID) will also be launched to automate the sorting process. Moreover, we applied for the ISO 9001 certificate to further enhance our quality management. Advanced equipment

To provide our customers with the best laundry experience, starting in 2015, Royce Laundry has invested tens of millions into more advanced and efficient laundry machinery such as automatic tunnel washers, 110-kg washer extractors, high-capacity flatwork machinery from the famous European brand Jensen and shirts finisher from Sankosha in America. We insist on using high-performing detergents like Ecolab and Diversey to ensure the best quality service is delivered. With the automatic detergent dispensing system and our system management, we aim to serve our customers with the most premium laundry experience.

In-house logistics

Royce Laundry owns over 10 trucks of different sizes. Along with the transportation network widely spread all over Hong Kong, timely pick-up and delivery services are provided at the customer’s business location by our logistic team. The current location of each of the delivery items is also presented using our GPS system, which allows us to keep track of the delivery status. Therefore, the most stable delivery service can be experienced by all customers.

Sustainable development

While providing the best laundering service to customers, minimizing the impact on the environment is also our goal. At Royce Laundry, not only water-saving and energy-saving machines for washing and ironing are equipped, but environmentally friendly detergents are used. Furthermore, to fulfill corporate social responsibility, we apply for the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certificate. For our workers’ long-term health, we are substantially improving our working environment by renewing various machines from time to time so as to simplify the laundering process, hence reducing manual labour. Besides, through applying for the ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management Certificate, we hope that sustainable development can be achieved.
